We book out the entire venue for your party!  You have full access to all our activities and materials.

At ColourPlay, we welcome and encourage families and groups with additional support needs (ASN) to join us for creative sessions in a way that works best for them. Our regular Family Sessions are open to everyone, including those with ASN, and we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

However, we understand that some individuals may find a quieter, more controlled setting beneficial. That’s why we offer our ASN Sessions—exclusive use of the ColourRoom for families or groups who feel they would benefit from a private creative space.

Whether you choose to join our Family Sessions or prefer the dedicated ASN Sessions, we are here to support you in accessing creative experiences that suit your needs.

How It Works

At ColourPlay we strongly believe in the power of freeplay to inspire creativity and connection.

And there’s no better way to do that than with a group friends celebrating at your very own ColourPlay Party!

Each party includes:

  • 90-minute or 2 hours exclusive access to our Colour Room
  • Full use of all our standard materials, including fresh Graffiti wall, glass wall and free-style floor area
  • A dedicated Colour Room Party Host
  • Choice of Snack packs to suit your guests preferences
  • Cake Cutting Ceremony (cake provided by booking customer).

Wear Old Clothes

At ColourPlay we encourage everyone to get involved with your creation, and that means you should expect to get messy!

Old clothes are strongly recommended for your colourplay session as we don’t have aprons!

Most of our resources will wash out, but there are some things which may not want to shift and with it being a freeplay studio we cannot guarantee there wont be stray paint splashes no matter how careful you’re being!

Everyone Joins In

Grown-ups are asked to supervise their littles and ensure they are using equipment in a way that is safe for themselves and those around them! But more than that – we want you to get involved too.  Create together and you will all have more fun!

Enjoy a Cold Drink & Snack

Our intimate Colour Room space does not allow us to offer cafe facilities.

But, we are happy to offer free complimentary bottled water, as well as a range of cold drinks and snacks to purchase at very reasonable prices!

Make A Masterpiece

Every participant receives their own Medium sized canvas to paint their own masterpiece using our acrylic or watercolour paints, or any of the materials available in the ColourRoom.

Your party host will guide your guests to create a collaborative work of art on our massive A1-sized canvas. Every participant is encouraged to contribute, to paint a collective masterpiece to commemorate your event using our acrylic or watercolour paints, or any of the materials available in the ColourRoom.

Party Bags

As an optional extra, we can add Party Gift Bags for each child. Each Party Bag includes a mini sweet snack, fidget toy, "art at home" pack, and a piece of cake (provided by booking customer as above).
