So we’ve designed our Member Passes to be configurable to suit your needs – you add the number of people you need to make a pass that works for you.

Member Pass FAQs

No! We don't use auto-renew passes, so you don't run the risk of the pass renewing after you've stopped using it. Let your pass expire and choose to purchase a new pass when you're ready to start again.

Your Member Pass will automatically deduct your entitlement from any future bookings, and you simply pay the difference for any additional admissions included. So for example, if your member pass admits 2 adults and 2 children, but you bring along 2 extra kids as friends, you simply pay for the additional two children for that visit - no need to change your Member Pass, and you don't lose any of your entitlement for that visit.

You decide! When you purchase a member pass you can decide how many adults, and children to add to each pass. Some passes may have restrictions, such as our FreeFlow pass which is limited to children only.

You still need to book for each visit. View your member pass as a pre-payment towards your visits. You can use your member pass to book visits online, or they can also be used for admission at the door, subject to availability/capacity.
