We recommend booking online to secure your space, but subject to availability, we are also happy to accept visits without an advance booking.
Availability is subject to change, and we can only accommodate your visit when numbers allow.

Booking Terms
- Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance.
- To make your booking process smoother, all bookings can be paid for in full at the point of booking.
- We understand that plans can change. That's why we allow amendments to bookings up to 2 hours from the start date. We recommend amending your booking if your plans change.
- Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours from the booking's start date and time.
- Please note that no cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of the booking date and time.
- No refund will be offered if participants cancel their booking within 24 hours of the booking or fail to attend the booking.
- Last-minute change? You can change your booking up to 2 hours before your booking date and time - visit us later instead.
- All visitors are considered to be participants, and must be included within your booking numbers.
- "Babes In Arms", i.e. young babies who are not participating in any activities and who can be held in a parent or guardian's arms or sling do not require to be included within your booking.
